Dream

        'The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams' goes a quote from Eleanor Roosevelt. My daughter's dream to be a doctor became a passion in 2004 in her senior year in Biology.
 

          Here's a photo of her that year prior to entering medical school to fulfill that dream. I created this page for Scrappin' Peeps February Color Challenge by Merry...Purple, green, and orange.

        Happy New Year everyone! Today happens to be the new year in the Chinese calendar , the year of the wooden horse so, Kung Hei Fat Choy!  Here is my first page for 2014, an attempt for LCOM#53 sketch and for Shirley's (Probyte) paper feather challenge over at Scrappin Peeps.

How Do I Look?

Happy Halloween Everyone!

 

        I'm pretty sure everybody is busy right at this moment ' treat- a - tricking'. Not me because I have to post this page that I did for Tambayan 's October Sketch Challenge to meet the deadline for submission. This page I created is that of my son 's photos when he had his first eyeglasses last June. Living thousands of miles apart, my children and I depend on advanced technology for our existence and interaction as a family. As in this instance, when my son got his first eyeglasses, he took a 'selfie' wearing them and sent it to me so I could tell him how he looked wearing them.
